'Alchemy: The Process of Transformation'

This weekend is an opportunity to experience and understand the process of your own transformation. A knowledge of alchemy and the planes of consciousness is crucial to this understanding.
We will cover the classical stages of alchemy:

• Purification
• Rediscovering our essence
• The immaculate state
• Alchemical marriage
• Embodying our new perspective
• Clarifying our life purpose and the qualities we need

We shall look at the transformational process in life, such as in our work and in our relationships. A knowledge of the mysticism of the higher planes will give us the necessary insights into understanding ourselves, particularly the relationship between our essence (soul) and personality (temperament).

This course is recommended for therapists, educators and lay-people alike.

'Healing with Breath & Sound'

Everything in life is vibration. Each individual soul has its own unique vibration. Sound is vibration and everyone has his/her own note. Sound can release blocked energy and accesses the vibration of the soul.

Breathing practices can help restore balance and rhythm. Living out of rhythm causes confusion and can lead to ill health.

This weekend we will explore the use of breath and sound to restore harmony in our bodies and our psyches.

We will cover:

  • Rhythms of Breath
  • Balancing the Breath
  • Breath and Concentration
  • Fundamental Sounds
  • Using Sound for profound healing.

This course is open to therapists and lay people alike.

'Alchemy, Archetypes & Personal Unfoldment'

"Every soul is meant for a certain purpose, and the light of that purpose has been kindled in that soul."

There are three classical paths which people follow in their inner development: the way of the Master, the Saint and the Prophet. There are four elements of orientation of people: Mental, Energetic, Flowing and Solid.

Together these form twelve classical types, each depending on its own path and orientation and with each type having its own special qualities. The way these types are ordered shows us how to develop according to our own nature.

During this weekend you will be invited to explore three basic questions:
• What are your inner qualities shown in your outer life?
• What stage have you reached in your inner development?
• What is your next step on this journey?

In the process you will be able to learn:
• Purpose directed meditation for development of self-mastery and magnetism.
• How to develop your intuition and a deeper understanding of others.
• How to select and attain a goal which integrates your personal development with your life.

This course is open to therapists, educators, and lay-people alike.

'Psychology of Accomplishment'

"Every soul has a destiny, to fulfil our life's purpose. This is our greatest accomplishment."

Some of us attain things that we do not value, and some of us fail to achieve what we do value. In both cases there is a sense of failure. Knowing how to choose suitable goals is as crucial as being able to accomplish them.

During this weekend we will cover:

• The art of choosing a goal.
• What stops us from choosing the right goal and why we fail to accomplish the goal.
• The role of concentration, meditation and dreams in achieving our goal.
• Planning, motivation, sacrifice and completion.
• The role of perseverance and how to develop it.

'Creative Imagination'

Applications and Techniques for Healing, Dreams and Personal Growth

"The mind may be compared to a 'Palace of Mirrors' - a realm of creativity where thought reflects thought, memories intermesh with dreams, and ideas take on a life of their own."

During the weekend we will share and explore our own creative imagination and in the process develop the techniques necessary to harness our potential for healing and self-transformation. In particular we will cover:

• The key elements which connect the fields of healing, dreams and our own unfoldment.
• Concentration practices using symbols of nature to draw out and develop personal qualities such as compassion, groundedness, fluidity, sensitivity and good memory.
• Visualisation practices for emotional, mental and physical healing.
• Light practices to redress energy imbalances and work with depressed and disturbed emotions.
• The use of spiritual archetypes in personal growth and unfoldment.

'Life Crisis – an Opportunity for Breakthrough'

Spiritual awakening is most often preceded by a life crisis that threatens to break us emotionally, physically and mentally. It can be accompanied by seemingly bizarre visions, perceptions and delusions. Seldom is it first perceived as a challenge to unfold, develop a new outlook, and bring new qualities into our life.

However, not all crises are so dramatic as to be engulfing, yet in each case we are forced to confront the challenge of change and growth.

In this seminar we will specifically cover:

• Signals indicative of an approaching crisis
• Techniques for developing an overview of the situation in order to see what is being asked of us
• Simple ways of incorporating personal changes into life
• Discovering purpose in a crisis
• Developing the qualities needed to meet the challenge

This course is open to therapists, educators and lay-people alike.

'Facilitating Spiritual Growth'

Helping people to change and grow is the greatest art and science there is. In principle it is similar to sowing the seed, nurturing it, and, as it awakens, guiding it to grow into a beautiful plant or tree. However, with human beings it is more challenging and in some ways more difficult, but infinitely more rewarding.

In psychotherapy we start by facing the inner challenges that life is presenting to us.

Within each challenge we begin to discover our ideals, talents, purpose and ultimately our spiritual birthright. Achieving our ideals, however, is another matter. Careful guidance and support as well as patience, perseverance and initiative are needed as we proceed.

This seminar will focus on the most important factors and attitudes involved, and on practising simple techniques used in this process of spiritual unfoldment. These will be:

• Reviewing our life outlook and the problems it leads to
• Working with impulse, desire and inspiration
• Discovering purpose: Ideals, interests, talents and qualities
• Working through blocks to unfoldment

This course is open to therapists, educators and lay-people alike.

Alchemy of Relationships

Human relationships provide the vital substance for our souls to feed on and grow. They are challenging, uplifting, shattering, deceitful, beautiful - they are the basis of spiritual growth. Relationships test our ability to feel, care, share, to be free, to have an aim, and find meaning. To be ourselves and accept death - to the limits - whether in our families, our work, or with our partners.

By discovering the qualities latent in our relationships we can transcend and transform the limitations to their expression. By sensing our own qualities we can better know who we are meant to be with.

This weekend will be an opportunity to explore, open our hearts, and change our relationships.

In particular we will cover:

• Levels of relating - ego, empathy, essence, purpose
• The twelve stages of a relationship
• Opening the heart - clearing negative thoughts and feelings
• Balancing head and heart
• Self-image in relationships
• Roles of love, will, power and truth

This course is recommended for therapists, educators and lay-people alike.
